How to grind the veneer peeler blade

1. Take the height of the center line of the clamping shaft as the standard, rotate the bolt of the top knife, fix the knife height at both ends, and then set the height of the middle, and gradually correct it. Install the rotary cutter with good level, and keep the height of the knife on the same horizontal line;

2. Tighten all nuts. Be sure to adjust the cutting seam of the veneer peeling machine properly. If you want to adjust the knife gap, you have to adjust the current. Remember that a large current means a large pressure, and a large pressure means a small gap. On the contrary, if the current is small, the pressure is small.
