　1.Length inspection:If the actual length measured is less than the length of the gauge specified by the log standard(referred to as the long grade),but does not exceed the negative deviation,it is still calculated according to the gauge length specified by the standard;if it exceeds the negative deviation,press Calculate the length of the first level gauge.(1)When the saw cut is offset,the shortest distance between the two ends of the head and the head should be taken to be straight.(2)When cutting wood,if the short diameter of the section is not less than the diameter of the gauge after entering the house,the length of the wood is measured from the end of the big head.The length of the ruler diameter.If the pocket is cut into sharp points,the length should be measured from the upper edge of the axe.(3)For logs with water holes near the end,let the length from the inside of the water hole to the end,and then determine the length of the gauge.

　2.Diameter verification:first measure the short diameter through the center of the small head section,and then measure the long diameter vertically through the center of the short diameter(thickness of the skin is removed),if the short diameter is less than 26 cm,the length of the short diameter is less than 26 cm.If the difference is more than 2 cm,or the short diameter is more than 26 cm,and the difference between the length and the short diameter is more than 4 cm,the average number of the long and short diameters is used as the gauge diameter(referred to as the diameter grade)after the rounding;the difference between the long and short diameters is less than For those specified above,the short diameter shall be the gauge diameter after entering the house.The gauge diameter takes 50px as a unit of increase.When the actual size is less than 50px,it will increase by 25px,and if it is less than 25px,it will be discarded.(1)When the log head is sawed down to measure the diameter of the gauge,the rod should be kept perpendicular to the length of the timber.(2)The log whose small head has let the ruler due to the water hole,or the actual length of the log exceeds the length of the gauge,and the gauge diameter is still measured at the end of the small head.(3)If the small head section has an outer clip,when the diameter of the calibration gauge must pass through the clip,the ruler rod can be used to cross the surface of the log for inspection.(4)Double-heartwood,triple-heartwood,and logs with two enlarged ends in the middle are measured at the normal part(the thinnest part)of the trunk.(5)If the two stems of the double stalk are in the same length range,the diameter of the larger one is measured;if they are not in the same length range,the diameter of the longer stem is measured.Ruler diameter.The other branch is handled as knots.(6)If the two logs are connected together,the measuring ruler and the grade should be assessed separately.

　(4)Dimensional inspection of sawn timber

　1.Length calibration:the shortest distance between the two ends along the length of the material.The actual material length is less than the standard length,but does not exceed the negative deviation,and it is still calculated according to the standard length;if it exceeds the negative deviation limit,the next level of length is calculated,and the excess part is not counted.

　2.Width and thickness measurement:Exclude 375px at each end of the material within the range of material length without any blunt edges.The positive and negative deviations of the thickness of the sheet and the width and thickness of the square lumber are allowed to exist at the same time and calculated separately;when the actual width of the sheet is less than the standard width,but does not exceed the negative deviation,it is still calculated according to the standard width.If it exceeds the negative deviation limit,press One-level width calculation.
